FRED using field range is very wide, as long as the system can be described using the geometrical optics, it can be used to do analysis, common applications for: lighting system, light guide, projection system, laser, interference, stray light and ghost analysis, biomedical and other optical system prototype of the system design and so on, whether simple or complex structure imaging and the imaging system, can be accurate analysis and construction of FRED.
