How many Amps does the LED Light draw?

lamps is calculated by dividing watts over volts.So using a standard 120vac power source a 120 watt LED would use 1 lamp. 240 watt would use2 amps.Increasing the voltage thus reduces the amp draw of each fixture,going to 210vac would cut those numbers in half.Going to 480vac would cut those by3/4 or 75% .This is why larger lots and installations have higher voltage, to keep amps down and also combat loss of voltage over distance.

What does 100-277 vac mean?

This indicates a compatible voltage range.The fixture can handle 100 volts at the low end or 277 volts at the high end and everything in between.In newer LED Drivers these are auto switching,meaning the will adjust to whatever voltage you put in. In order ballasts there were tabs that had to be removed to use that voltage.
