We demonstrated how to use Python to access the field solver in VirtualLab Fusion and use the latter with Python functions for further analysis.

VirtualLab Fusion allows you to import optical systems with full 3D position and material (glass) information from ZemaxOpticStudio® and provides field tracing algorithms for further study of the imported systems.
