Overview of scheme: VAS1251 is a synchronous step-down LED driver chip with power MOS embedded in the tube and switching frequency up to 5.5m. LED constant current output can be achieved by adopting chip laminations and small CHIP capacitors. The LED current can be set through the external feedback resistance, and the output current can reach 150mA. The VAS1251 has simple peripheral application circuits and very small space requirements. VAS1251 adopts SOT-353 package, and the chip has overtemperature protection function, which extends its application range and improves its reliability.

The output current is 60~150mA
