2.1.3 Cross passage of vehicles
At all times, the average maintained horizontal illumination and total illumination uniformity provided by the cross-tunnel lighting shall be at least the same as those provided by the middle lane of the Main Tunnel.
2.2 Lighting for pedestrians
2.2.1 Evacuation Route
In case of emergency, the main tunnel lane becomes the sidewalk for pedestrians to evacuate to the emergency exit (as shown in Figure 1). When visibility is normal, the normal or standby lighting of the main tunnel can be used as emergency lighting.
