Information

When the power source oscillates in the process of working, it will cause intermittent vibration of the coil core. When the oscillation frequency is close to the natural oscillation frequency around the transformer, it is easy to cause resonance phenomenon. At this time, audio noise that can be heard by human ears will be generated.

1. Improper PCB design
A) large current ground wire and power control circuit ground Shared the same line, because the PCB by copper conductor is not ideal, it can always be equivalent resistance or inductance, when current flows through the sharing of PCB line and signal control circuit, voltage drop on the PCB, especially using multipoint earthing, because each node control circuit is scattered in different position, power current superposition of the control circuit of the voltage drop caused by the disturbance, making circuit noises, this problem usually adopt single point grounding can be improved.

B) The chip VCC power line is too long, or the chip VCC power line is too close to the high DT/DI high current line and is disturbed. This problem can generally be improved by adding 104 porcelain chip decoupling capacitor near the chip VCC pin.
