The aggravation of the epidemic in Japan and South Korea will lead to increased production costs, longer production periods and delayed delivery for China's production and application equipment enterprises, thus affecting the downstream terminal market. Although the domestic semiconductor market is monopolized by Japanese and Korean companies, most of the domestic manufacturers have made some technological breakthroughs under the promotion of the national science and technology major special policies. In the future, as national policies increase support and domestic enterprises continue to increase r&d investment and innovation, the localization process of semiconductor field and key materials and equipment is expected to realize overtaking on corners, and the upstream enterprises of related LED displays will also usher in new development opportunities.
