C, ohmic contact of joule heat, the LED chip material body resistance of each layer, the LED chip contact resistance between the electrode and the semiconductor layer, the LED chip, contact resistance between the electrode and solder, solder volume resistance between the solder and the contact resistance of heat sink, the resistance will overlap to form the series resistance LED components, when current flows through the P - N junction, also flows through the resistor, resulting in a joule heat, causing the LED junction temperature rise high.
