1. Set up lightning protection zone

2. Lightning protection and other potential connection
In order to completely eliminate the destructive potential difference caused by lightning, the power line, signal line, metal pipeline, etc., should be connected with an over voltage protector, the interface of each inner protection zone should also be connected with local equipotential, each local equipotential connection should be connected to each other, and finally connected with the main equipotential.

3. Combine external lightning protection with internal lightning protection
At present, the exterior of ordinary LED street lamps are conductor materials, which are equivalent to a lightning rod. In design, lead-off wires and ground network must be installed. These systems constitute the external lightning protection system. The system can avoid LED street lamp caused by direct lightning fire and personal safety accidents. The internal lightning protection system means that the equipment is protected by grounding and voltage protection inside the street lamp. The system can prevent inductive lightning and other forms of overvoltage intrusion, resulting in power supply damage, which is not guaranteed by external lightning protection systems. The two are complementary to each other. The internal lightning protection system is connected to the external lightning protection system or overvoltage protector on many devices, such as housing, cables entering and leaving the protection zone, metal pipes, etc., and equipotential connection is carried out.
