Perovskite is an ancient material, first discovered in Russia's Ural Mountains in 1839 and named after Russian mineralogue Lev Polovskite (Perovskite in English). This kind of material is mostly cube or octahedron, have peculiar property. It can be a semiconductor or a superconductor, depending on its structure.
