China is expected to lead a green and low-carbon recovery in the post-epidemic era 

The outbreak of Coronavirus has had a huge impact on the global enconomy .With the epidemic situation controlled in stages, governments of various countries have begun to study economic stimulus plans wiht a view to restoring economic order as soon as possible.
