Therefore, global LED packaging companies are constantly upgrading the COB packaging technology to continuously optimize the product life, reliability and key luminous efficiency of COB light source. Emerging COB technologies such as MCOB, AC-COB and flip COB, which are reputed as "high quality, high efficiency and high cost performance", emerged accordingly.
