Cities will also become "smarter", making things easier for people and businesses. We will promote the application of electronic certificates, certificates and seals in government services, and reduce the number of links, materials and times of government services. We will enable all government services to be handled online and across the country. Promote the sharing and mutual recognition of high-frequency certificates across provinces, and realize the "cross-provincial handling" of high-frequency matters in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
