The halogen lamp used by traditional operating shadowless lamps is the main light source, and it needs to have a fine-tuning structure that can change the light field, so that the light area can be changed according to different operation situations. Moreover, since the shadowless lamp was used in a sterile environment, the appearance design and cooling structure of the shadowless lamp and the airflow distribution between the operating room would affect the sterile state and operation quality of the operating room. However, the above requirements are closely related to the light source characteristics and the overall lighting module design. LED light sources are characterized by cold light, small size, high color performance, light shape can be designed at will, and light intensity can be adjusted at will. Therefore, LED light sources will have advantages over traditional halogen lamps to operate shadowless lamps. With the advent of high-power LED surgery with adjustable color temperature, the following innovations were achieved:
(1) Shadowless lamp with adjustable color temperature; (2) The clinical application model of color temperature on the color development characteristics of different tissues; (3) New Suggestions on operating illumination standards of shadowless lamps with adjustable color temperature; (4)LED operating shadowless lamp and its structure to the operating room laminar flow purification effect evaluation model. Its continuous tunability of color temperature can effectively relieve doctors' visual fatigue, create a new standard of medical laminar flow purification, and create a new standard of medical operating room construction.
