Considering the safety hazards caused by round-the-clock work and high-vibration drilling, secondary protection of the lighting fixture of drilling equipment is essential to prevent the lamp from falling from the high pole. To create a safer working environment, Appleton Rigmaster LED USES ring safety cables to pass through the fixture and install around the structure to reinforce the fixture. In addition, while some manufacturers tighten the lifting ring bolts, Appleton Rigmaster LED provides five cast openings, known as cable safety fixation points. The design of the forked support also ensures that the support is not affected by violent vibration and can maintain the structural integrity. Fastening hardware also eliminates the possibility of screws loosening and falling off.
Appleton Rigmaster LED is highly resistant to corrosion with gasket type cuprum-aluminum enclosure and heat shock polycarbonate lens. It is certified for use in class I zone 2 hazardous areas and NEMA class 3R, 4 and 4X wet and Marine type areas. The fixture also meets IP66 class "dust proof" and prevents strong jet flow requirements.
